Dehydration is a state in which the body lacks enough water to function properly. Dehydration can occur any time but is most common in summer. When you feel thirsty, you're already a bit dehydrated.

dehydration은 신체가 제기능을 하기에 충분한 물이 부족한 상태입니다. dehydration은 언제든지 일어날 수 있는데 여름에 가장 흔합니다. 목이 마르면 이미 약간 dehydrated 상태입니다.
